Short answer: Dental treatment in India costs roughly 60–75% less than the same work in the UK, US, Canada or Australia, with no difference in the implant brands, ceramics or aligner systems used. A single implant with its crown is Rs 30,000, a zirconia crown Rs 8,000, a root canal from Rs 3,000 and a full course of clear aligners from Rs 1,50,000. These are indicative costs for patients treated at our Vaishali, Ghaziabad clinic. Your final cost is confirmed only after an examination and X-rays — the number of teeth involved, the condition of the bone and gums, and the material you choose all move the price. Read the last column as much as the price column. The cheapest line is rarely the right comparison — an extraction at ₹3,000 looks better than a root canal until you add the ₹30,000 implant that replaces the tooth five years later.

Which is better, a dental bridge or an implant?
An implant replaces the root as well as the crown, so it preserves the jawbone and does not require cutting down the healthy teeth either side. A bridge costs less upfront and is quicker. If you have enough bone and no medical reason to avoid surgery, the implant is usually the better long-term value.
Is a root canal better than pulling the tooth out?
If the tooth is restorable, yes. Keeping your own tooth preserves the bone and the bite, and avoids the cost of replacing it later with a bridge or implant. Extraction is the right call when the tooth is split, badly decayed below the gum, or the supporting bone is already lost.
Should I get veneers or crowns?
Veneers cover only the front surface and preserve more of your natural tooth, so they suit cosmetic changes on otherwise healthy front teeth. A crown covers the whole tooth and is the right choice when the tooth is heavily filled, cracked or root-treated and needs protection.
Are clear aligners as good as braces?
For mild to moderate crowding and spacing, yes — and they are far less visible. For significant rotations, deep bites or crossbites, fixed braces remain more predictable. Aligners also depend entirely on being worn 20 to 22 hours a day.
How do I compare dental costs in India against my home country?
