Our booking, payment, cancellation, and treatment terms for international and local patients.
These Terms govern your use of toothsimplified.com and all services provided by Dr Bandhavi’s Dental Clinic & Implant Centre ("we", "us", "Tooth Simplified"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or undergoing treatment with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site or engaging our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or scrape content without permission; attempt to disrupt or compromise site security; misrepresent yourself or impersonate others; or use the site for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
3. Treatment Quotes and Estimates
All cost estimates published on the site or sent via WhatsApp/email are indicative only, subject to in-person assessment, X-rays, and final clinical evaluation, valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated, and may change based on individual case complexity, materials chosen, and unforeseen clinical findings. Final pricing will always be confirmed in writing before treatment begins.
4. Bookings and Payments
- Treatment requires confirmed booking via online consultation
- A booking confirms availability but does not constitute treatment commencement
- We accept international bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods
- Payment terms (advance, milestone, final) will be specified in your individual treatment plan
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before scheduled treatment
- Cancellations 7–14 days before: 80% refund of advance
- Cancellations less than 7 days before: 50% refund of advance
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund
- Treatment commenced cannot be refunded except in cases of medical contraindication discovered during initial sessions
- Clinic warranty for workmanship issues is governed separately under your individual treatment warranty
6. Treatment Limitations
Dental treatment outcomes depend on individual factors (oral hygiene, lifestyle, general health) and are not guaranteed. All implant, crown, and prosthetic warranties are subject to compliance with aftercare instructions and regular check-ups. Reasonable medical complications are not refundable. We will always make best efforts but cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes beyond clinical norms.
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical history
- Disclose all medications, allergies, and conditions
- Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Attend all scheduled appointments
- Maintain agreed aftercare and hygiene routines
- Report any concerns or complications promptly
8. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, banners, logos, design) is owned by Tooth Simplified or licensed to us. Unauthorised use is prohibited. You may share content on social media with proper attribution.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, partner clinics). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your treatment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Treatment outcomes are subject to medical limitations described in our Medical Disclaimer. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government action, etc.) excuse non-performance. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. The courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to consumer rights legislation in your jurisdiction.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute. We aim to respond within 14 days. If unresolved, you may pursue legal remedies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
