All figures are indicative ranges based on typical 2026 pricing surveyed across major dental clinics in each country. Our India figures reflect Tooth Simplified’s actual published rates for local patients — and the international package figures include a 10-day hotel stay near the clinic plus economy return flights from your country.
The final cost for any treatment is confirmed only after Dr. Bandhavi reviews your case via x-ray, photographs, or in-person examination. For international patients, we provide an itemised written quote in your local currency that your home-country dentist can review before you decide to travel.
Why is the India price so much lower?
Three structural reasons, none of which involve compromising on materials or safety:
- Wages and overheads in India are 5–10 times lower than in the UK, US, EU or Australia — clinic real estate, support staff, and operating costs all reflect that.
- Volume. A dentist in Vaishali doing 20+ root canals a week is faster, more efficient, and has lower per-case overheads than one in suburban London doing 4.
- No insurance overhead. Indian clinics don’t have the same insurance billing complexity that adds 15–30% to US procedure costs.
What stays the same: the implant brand (Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Osstem), the porcelain (e.max, zirconia), the sterilisation standard (ISO), and the surgical protocols. The brand on the box matters; the postcode on the receipt doesn’t.
What does the international package include?
