TL;DR

A three-unit dental bridge in Delhi NCR starts at Rs 15,000 in metal and Rs 24,000 in zirconia at our Vaishali (Ghaziabad) clinic. Bridges are priced per unit — every crown and every false tooth counts as one — so the span decides the total.

Bridges are quoted per unit. Each crown that anchors onto a supporting tooth is a unit, and each false tooth suspended between them is a unit. Replacing one missing tooth normally means a three-unit bridge: two crowns and one pontic.

About these prices

All prices on this page are indicative costs for patients treated at our Vaishali (Ghaziabad) clinic. Your final cost is confirmed only after Dr. Bandhavi examines you, because it depends on how much correction your case needs.

Which material, and does it matter?

Metal is the most economical and is strong enough for back teeth where nobody sees it. Zirconia is tooth-coloured, does not show a dark line at the gum, and is the usual choice anywhere in the smile. For a single front tooth an E.max crown at Rs 15,000 per unit is also an option where appearance matters most. You can also compare E.max vs zirconia crown price in rupees, tooth by tooth.

Bridge or implant?

A single implant at our clinic is Rs 30,000 including the crown, against about Rs 24,000 for a three-unit zirconia bridge. The gap is smaller than most people expect.

The real difference is not price. A bridge needs the two healthy teeth either side trimmed down to carry it. An implant leaves them untouched and replaces only the tooth that is missing. If the neighbouring teeth already need crowns, a bridge makes sense and kills two problems at once. If they are healthy, think hard before cutting them.

How long the treatment takes

Two visits, usually about a week apart. The supporting teeth are prepared and scanned at the first, you go home with a temporary bridge, and the permanent one is fitted and adjusted at the second.

If you are travelling in from Indirapuram, Noida, Vasundhara or East Delhi, both appointments can usually be arranged inside a single week.

Making a bridge last

A bridge fails when the teeth holding it up decay, not usually because the bridge itself breaks. The false tooth sits against the gum and cannot be flossed normally, so cleaning underneath it with a floss threader or an interdental brush is the single habit that decides whether you get ten years or twenty.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a dental bridge cost in Delhi NCR?

A standard three-unit bridge starts at Rs 15,000 in metal and Rs 24,000 in zirconia at our Vaishali clinic in Ghaziabad. Bridges are priced per unit, so a longer bridge spanning more teeth costs proportionally more.

Why is a bridge priced per unit and not per tooth?

Because a bridge is one connected piece. Each crown that sits on a supporting tooth counts as a unit, and each false tooth hanging between them counts as a unit too. A three-unit bridge replacing one missing tooth is therefore two crowns plus one pontic.

Is a bridge cheaper than an implant?

Upfront, yes. A three-unit zirconia bridge is about Rs 24,000 against Rs 30,000 for a single implant with its crown included. But a bridge requires trimming the two healthy teeth either side, and an implant does not touch them. Over twenty years the implant often works out better value.

How long does a bridge take to fit?

Usually two visits about a week apart. The supporting teeth are prepared and an impression or scan is taken at the first visit, you leave with a temporary, and the finished bridge is fitted at the second. Patients travelling in from across Delhi NCR can often have both visits in the same week.

How long does a dental bridge last?

With good cleaning around and under it, commonly ten to fifteen years, and often longer. What ends a bridge early is decay in the supporting teeth, which is why cleaning under the pontic with a floss threader or interdental brush matters more than the material you chose.
