Full aligner courses across India commonly range ₹80,000-3,00,000 — the widest price band of any orthodontic option, since cost scales directly with how many custom trays your case needs. Our ₹1.5 lakh starting price sits comfortably in the middle; a simple case with fewer trays can cost less, a complex case needing more trays costs more.

Data from aligner providers shows adults average around 12 months, with a real range of 6-18 months for most cases (some very mild or very complex cases fall outside that, from 3 to 24 months). Mild spacing or crowding finishes faster; bigger corrections take longer — we’ll give you a realistic estimate after assessing your teeth, not an optimistic marketing number.

Yes — this is the single biggest factor in whether aligners work on schedule. Even a shortfall of 30-60 minutes a day, compounded over weeks, is enough to fall behind and sometimes require extra refinement trays that add months to treatment. Wearing them only at night will stall progress noticeably.

Remove them to eat or drink anything except plain water — sugary or hot drinks can warp the plastic or cause decay under the tray. Brush before putting them back in.

Most patients find aligners more comfortable day-to-day since there are no wires or brackets to irritate your cheeks. You’ll still feel pressure for a day or two after switching to each new tray — that’s the teeth moving as planned.

Aligners handle mild-to-moderate crowding, gaps and minor bite issues well. More severe crowding, significant rotations or complex bite corrections are sometimes still better suited to braces — we’ll tell you honestly which fits your case rather than sell you aligners because they cost more.

Trays are typically changed every 1-2 weeks at home, with check-in visits at the clinic roughly every 6-8 weeks so we can confirm your teeth are tracking the plan and your wear-time compliance is on track.

You’ll need a retainer (worn nightly, or as advised) to keep your teeth from shifting back — the same rule applies as with braces. Skipping the retainer is the most common reason for relapse.

Message us right away. Depending on where you are in your treatment, you may be able to move to the next tray early or wear the previous one temporarily while we arrange a replacement.

Not necessarily better — aligners cost more mainly because each tray is custom-manufactured for your teeth and they’re less visible. Braces can be just as effective, or more effective for complex cases, at a lower cost.

Yes — aligner check-ins are less frequent than braces adjustments (every 6-8 weeks vs. monthly), which many patients from these nearby NCR areas find convenient.

Both, provided most adult teeth have come in. We’ll assess this at your consultation — some teens do well with aligners if they’re consistent about wear-time; others do better with braces given the compliance demands.
